KINGSTREE -- Palmetto Synthetics LLC announced today it will expand its facility in Williamsburg County. The $3 million expansion will result in the creation of 25 jobs, a 30,000-square-foot addition to the company’s facility and a new production line.

LUGOFF -- Target is investing $73 million to expand its distribution center in Kershaw County. The expansion will occur over the next 20 months and could bring as many as 100 new jobs to the region, according to the Central SC Alliance.

BMW supplier Lear Corp. to expand operations Print E-mail

SPARTANBURG -- Lear Corp., a supplier of automotive seating, electrical distribution and electronics products, and a key BMW supplier, is planning a $10.8 million expansion to its Spartanburg County operations, according to an announcement by the South Carolina Department of Commerce, the Economic Futures Group of Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce and the Greer Development Corp.
