GREENVILLE -- The Turner Agency Inc. has announced the following promotions, new hires and staff certifications:
Lynn Hudson has been promoted to client services manager. Hudson has been with The Turner Agency for 12 years and has worked in both the personal lines and commercial lines division. Deidra Ranew has been promoted to commercial lines account manager.
Michael Douglas has joined the agency as a commercial lines account executive. Debbie Lenox has been hired as a personal lines account manager at the Walhalla office.
Harrison Cline, commercial lines account executive, has earned the Certified Insurance Counselors designation. To achieve the designation, Cline completed five courses covering all major areas of the insurance field and five comprehensive examinations. He was awarded the CIC designation by The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, the nation’s foremost provider of professional insurance and education.
Robin Hawkins and Dede Wade, account managers, have earned the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative. To receive the CISR designation, Hawkins and Wade completed five courses covering all areas of insurance risks and exposures, followed by extensive examinations.
The CISR program, available to insurance professionals in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, requires annual continuing education to ensure designees stay current on the important policy changes and trends within the industry. The CISR designation is awarded by the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives, a nonprofit organization and member of The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
