CHARLESTON -- The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors has announced its officers and directors for 2008: Wil Riley, of Century 21 Properties Plus, will serve as president; Ralph Wetherell, broker-in-charge of AgentOwned Premier Grou, Inc., will serve as president elect; Lauree Bradway, broker-in-charge/owner of Lauree Bradway & Associates, will serve as vice president of administration; Jeremy Willits, of Grubb & Ellis/Barkley Fraser, is the vice president of finance; Ann Essig-Marconi, broker-in-charge/owner of Exit Realty, will serve a one-year term as a director; Pam Bishop, of Prudential Carolina Real Estate, Ken Roe, of Prudential Carolina Real Estate, and Brian Crabtree, of Weichert Realtors/Dean-Kelby, will serve as directors for a three-year term; Cyndy Burris, of John Poston & Co., will remain a board member; George “Preston” Hipp, of Hipp Properties, will remain a board member; Herb Koger, of Keller Williams Island Realty, will remain a board member; Rob Woodul, of Keller Williams Charleston-West, will remain a board member; and Immediate Past President David Kent, of The Real Buyer’s Agent, will remain a board member. The 2008 MLS President Linda Witte, of Keller Williams Charleston, and Gettys Glaze, of Sandlapper Real Estate Group, will serve as ex-officio members on the CTAR board of directors. Mike Rose, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, was installed as president of the Commercial Investment Division of CTAR and Chris Cunniffe, of Harbor City Real Estate Advisors, was installed as the vice president of the Commercial Investment Division. Both Rose and Cunniffe will serve on the 2008 CTAR board of directors as ex-officio members.
