DANIEL ISLAND -- R. Scott Wallinger Jr. has joined Clawson & Staubes LLC as a senior litigator. Wallinger practices in the areas of complex civil litigation, insurance litigation, personal injury defense, motor carrier defense, and commercial and business litigation.

Wallinger has formerly served as assistant solicitor for the First Judicial Circuit and as assistant attorney general of South Carolina.
