USC Upstate seeks to build business school downtown |

SPARTANBURG -- The University of South Carolina Upstate is exploring plans to build a new business administration and economics school in the heart of downtown Spartanburg, a move supporters say would energize the Renaissance Park area while giving students an opportunity to study in the business community.
