CHARLESTON -- Douglas “Doug” Lougee has joined First Citizens as vice president/group credit administrator for its eastern division.

Lougee is responsible for approving and administering commercial credit requests for the eastern region of the bank.

He has more than 24 years in the banking industry and most recently worked in Atlanta.
