Resorts see staffing issue |

HILTON HEAD — The Hospitality Association of South Carolina predicts a staffing crisis in resort areas, including Hilton Head Island, next year if Congress doesn’t keep the pipeline of seasonal overseas workers open. At issue is the returning worker provision of the “H2-B” guest worker program, which allows seasonal workers to come into the country each year to take jobs that local workers cannot be found for.
