Developer planning $40 million project |

COLUMBIA -- Hotelier Rick Patel is planning a 28-acre development at Two Notch and Clemson roads, cater-cornered with the Village and Sandhill, that will include a mix of hotels, restaurants, retail and fitness facilities. The development will also include the first Gold’s Gym in the Sandhill area.
