Waccamaw Neck's housing stays afloat

MYRTLE BEACH -- The Waccamaw Neck is weathering the real estate downturn better than other areas on the Grand Strand. While sales have dropped, prices haven't in the Litchfield and Pawleys Island areas, said Royce King, president of The Litchfield Co. Real Estate.
