Allen named to FDCC board |

COLUMBIA -- T. Eugene Allen III, a partner in Nexsen Pruet’s Columbia office, has been elected to the board of directors of the FDCC Foundation, the educational and charitable arm of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. Allen practices primarily in the litigation, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy areas and has extensive experience in insurance coverage, insurance litigation, lender liability, commercial law and consumer issues.
The nonprofit Foundation of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel was founded in 1960, and remains the oldest foundation of all defense lawyer organizations in the United States. It promotes the FDCC’s goals as they relate to the study and research of the law, providing support for the continuing education of lawyers and other parties in the fields of civil law and litigation.
