MYRTLE BEACH -- The efficiency and cost of health care is the top issue South Carolinians want presidential candidates to address, according to a study released Tuesday by health care industry associations. Forty-five percent of individuals surveyed in South Carolina want world leader candidates to discuss the availability and financial strain of health care, said the co-founder of Public Opinion Strategies.
