Elliott Davis principal speaks at health care workshop |

AIKEN -- Elliott Davis LLC Principal Ira Bedenbaugh recently served as a guest speaker at the first Healthcare Managers Workshop, "Healthcare Management in Today's Environment.” The workshop was sponsored by the Aiken Chapter of the South Carolina Healthcare Managers Association.
Bedenbaugh addressed the audience of health care managers with a presentation titled, "From Top Line to Bottom Line: How Office Managers Affect the Profitability of Practice," and another presentation titled, "Working Smarter, Not Harder: Knowing the ABCs of Effective Management."
Working in Elliott Davis’s medical practices group, Bedenbaugh focuses on helping physician practices and hospitals improve how they manage short and long-term financial and operational challenges. His responsibilities include analyzing physician practice infrastructure, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing workflow processes and technologies that increase business performance and address government compliance issues.
