MYRTLE BEACH -- Home and condo sales in the coastal Carolinas declined in October compared with the same month last year, continuing the market correction that experts say they expected when excessive building and less demand for homes glutted the market, according to data released Wednesday from the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors.
