COLUMBIA -- Tolls on I-26 and I-95? A report out Thursday said it's a done deal. But the state Department of Transportation says it's not happening just yet. But it is a possibility in the future. The US DOT has approved an application for the South Carolina dot to explore the idea of tolls on Interstate 95. This comes on the heels of the proposal to expand ports in Charleston and construct an inland port near I-26 and I-95 in Orangeburg County.
