GREENVILLE -- Heading into the weekend, the average price at the pump statewide decreased to $2.943, down from$2.948 on the previous day. Elsewhere in the state, Charleston reported average prices at the pump of $2.961, down from $2.969 on Thursday. Columbia’s average price is $2.956 today, down from $2.962 the day before. And Myrtle Beach reported $2.943 per gallon at the pump today, down from $2.95 on the preceding day.
