PICKENS COUNTY -- Rising health-care costs in the United States almost drove an automotive supplier to move 450 manufacturing jobs from Pickens County to Canada, a company official said. In the end, however, Fluid Routing Systems Inc. decided to keep its plant in Pickens County -- and add 115 more jobs from Canada.
