 Employees of technology integration company Cynergi Systems love their perks.
These perks that the company seems to dole out like candy on Halloween start with the typical workplace benefits including health insurance for employees and dependents, company-paid life insurance for employees and dependents, dental insurance for employees and dependents and company-paid short- and long-term disability.

And there is the employee gym, Smartbodies Employee Center, that is available for employees and their families for work out or to watch TV and play games. Cynergi Systems began as a vision of CEO Neil Willis to provide multiple systems that would educate the next generation. The company currently provides services to education facilities, military bases, private homes, government buildings, churches and athletic arenas.
The company has three divisions that provide technology systems that communicate to each other to better serve the needs of schools and other businesses with computers, telephone systems, video surveillance, audio and video, premise wiring, engineering and design of the systems.
CQ Media is the multimedia distribution division that enables education facilities to provide education films and documentaries to aid in education. Wellstone Technologies is Cynergi Systems’ newest division that focuses on the need for A/V, lighting and other designed systems in houses of worship.
