WCIV-TV hires Church as VP |

CHARLESTON -- WCIV-TV has hired James Church as vice president for news and operations. Church oversees both the news department and the technical infrastructure for the station. Church comes to WCIV from WJLA-TV, a sister station in Washington, D.C., where he served as vice president for station operations and technology.
