MYRTLE BEACH -- Horry County business and government leaders formed the framework for an overhaul of the county's economic development efforts Tuesday morning at Coastal Carolina University. About 35 area leaders reviewed data, including work force statistics and population estimates, which will help them develop the economic development model.
