Charleston chamber hires Fell |

NORTH CHARLESTON -- The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce has hired Chip Fell as business development director.
Fell has previously served as an active duty U.S. Navy officer and has completed his career in the reserves. He was vice president of operations and part owner of a family natural resources business for 22 years. Most recently, Fell worked as a financial advisor for Smith Barney and at Systech, the alternative fuels division of LaFarge North America.
