GREENVILLE -- Greenville-based ScanSource Inc. said Thursday it has been notified by the Securities and Exchange Commission that the agency's investigation concerning the company's stock option grant practices had been completed and no enforcement action will be taken. As previously announced, ScanSource received an informal request from the SEC for information on its historical stock option grant practices.
