NORTH CHARLESTON -- Charles T. Dwyer has joined the Charleston office of Earth Tech as the program director for the transportation group. Dwyer will help develop and expand the company’s transportation market in the state. Dwyer has more than 17 years of experience as a professional engineer, specializing in transportation. Previously, he served as transportation project manager for the Cooper River Bridge Replacement project.
