FLORENCE -- Carolinas Hospital System recently joined the ranks of McLeod Health, Doctor’s Care and First Choice Health Care, which are among those to establish urgent care centers in the Pee Dee. Recently, McLeod Health opened an urgent care center on West Palmetto Street. Doctor’s Care is in the midst of opening two locations in Florence: one on Hoffmeyer Road and one on South Irby Street.
