Camera Ready Ads
• InDesign CS2 or Quark 4 – 6 for Mac with images and fonts included.
• PDF documents with all fonts embedded. PDFs with Identity-H or CID fonts will not
be accepted.

Image File Types
• Only JPG, EPS or TIFF files will be accepted for support images. Word documents,
Publisher documents, Powerpoint documents, Excel documents, and PDF documents
will not be accepted for support images.
• Logos will need to be in vector format, compatible with Adobe Illustrator CS2.

Image Sizes
• For ads 1/3 page - all images should be at least 5” x 5” at 200 dpi.
• For ads 1/2 page or larger - all images should be at least 8” x 10” at 200 dpi.

Colors
• All files must be CMYK or grayscale.
• Spot, RGB and index colors must be converted to CMYK or grayscale.
• Do not use 4-color black.
