SPARTANBURG -- Spartanburg County Council gave initial approval Monday to economic incentives for two manufacturers investing in Spartanburg County. The Michigan-based Master Precision Global LLC plans to build a $7.2 million manufacturing facility here that would create about 100 full-time jobs, according to a resolution.
