MANNING -- IntraBond, a member of the Intraco Group, and a manufacturer of building construction components, will locate a new facility in Clarendon County with plans for a significant investment in the state and new job opportunities in the community.

The Intraco Group is a global business distributing a wide spectrum of products in world markets. The company is strategically positioning a manufacturing operation in the U.S. to effectively serve these markets, combining raw materials from domestic and international sources with U.S. manufacturing quality, said IntraBond CEO Steve Kalosis.

"South Carolina’s pro-active business environment and Clarendon County’s close proximity to the Port of Charleston will provide us with a very real competitive advantage in today’s international business economy,” Kalosis said.

IntraBond will use its new location in the Clarendon Industrial Park near Manning to manufacture construction materials designed for commercial/architectural building exteriors. The company is developing this product line and related products using a broad base of domestic and international technology.
