SANTEE -- For the first time in 26 years the Randolph's Landing Catfish Tournament has been canceled because of low lake levels in Lake Marion. Boat, after boat, after boat are all stuck on the shores of Lake Marion because of a drought that has gripped the state and much of the Southeast. Recent rains haven't helped much.
