Construction company closing after 37 years Print E-mail

DARLINGTON -- Jimmy McCutcheon has closed his successful construction company three days short of being in business for 37 years. McCutcheon, 65, retired Wednesday. The closing will affect 25 workers, most of whom have worked at McCutcheon Construction Co. Inc. for more than 10 years. McCutcheon woke up one morning two weeks ago and decided he was going to close the business.
