SCE&G, Santee Cooper file to add nuclear reactors |

COLUMBIA -- SCE&G and Santee Cooper have filed an application with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to build two nuclear power units at the V.C. Summer Nuclear Station in Jenkinsville.
