GREENVILLE -- The sky-high price of oil partly explains why a plastic container plant in Greenville County is expanding. Fabri-Kal Corp. is spending about $4 million to add another assembly line and hire another 30 workers at its plant near the intersection of State 20 and Interstate 85. The Greenville plant makes clear, plastic cups for the food service industry.
