Panel OKs $6M West End development project |

GREENVILLE -- A city panel approved a four-story redevelopment of two historic buildings in the West End on Thursday after having twice rejected earlier versions of the developer's plan. Greenville developer Stephen T. Mack Jr. hopes to break ground on the $6 million redevelopment at the corner of South Main and River streets by the end of the year.
