KERSHAW -- Reducing a multi-year deficit, launching new events and creating goals to help Kershaw County businesses are just a few things on Liz Horton’s to-do list. Horton becomes executive director of the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center on May 12, replacing Buddy Clark, who retired in December after eight years.
