Sanford visits Greer business, talks budget |

GREER -- Gov. Mark Sanford made stops at two small South Carolina businesses Thursday to express concerns about the state budget. He asked workers to demand that legislators stop "borrowing from Peter to pay Paul." Sanford spoke to employees at Integrity Tool in Greer, emphasizing the importance of small businesses to the state economy.
