Regional director, Stella Nova
Laran D’Eustachio doesn’t like to say “no,” so in her role as regional director for Stella Nova, she does a little bit of everything. On any given day D’Eustachio might be handling advertising, marketing, events, interviewing, training employees, ordering products, working with the managers, handling customer service and dealing with staff concerns for the spa/salon’s six locations.
Along with a variety of duties, D’Eustachio has set goals to create and implement systems and protocols consistently throughout all Stella Nova locations to be more organized to meet deadlines prior to due dates.
In the community, D’Eustachio volunteers with March of Dimes, Race for the Cure, Crisis Ministries soup kitchen and the Lowcountry AIDS Services event, Shopping with Friends. She is also co-founder and co-organizer of Makeover for a Difference and was director of the hair and makeup tent for Charleston Fashion Week 2008.

Favorite music artist/musical genre: Rolling Stones, Dave Matthews, Blackeyed Peas, Jack Johnson, Beatles.
Favorite restaurant: Charleston Grill — the customer service is over the top.
Best stress reliever: Running.

Favorite hour of the day and why: 3 a.m. My entire family is safe and sound in the house sleeping peacefully.
