Realtor, Trademark Properties
Lyla Ambrose Jacobs thanks her dad for her best career advice: “Never stop until the job is done and always be sure you give it 100%.”
That advice plays out daily for Jacobs, a real estate agent at real estate firm Trademark Properties.
“As a Realtor, I take pride in assisting clients with one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make,” Jacobs said. “From first-time buyers to business-savvy investors, every day is an adventure to present my client with the best options and execute the contract process from start to finish.”
Jacobs works with various Trademark volunteer programs, is secretary of Charleston’s Top Producer Club, a team mom with the James Island Recreation Complex baseball team, involved in James Island Elementary School PTA and volunteers with The Point, a local women’s group that supports the community.
Jacobs’ overall goal? “To make every day count and create a lasting relationship with every client.”
Favorite restaurant: First choice is always my mom’s kitchen, but when I go out, Fleet Landing.
Best stress reliever: Gardening and yoga.
Person you would like to meet: Oprah Winfrey.
First job: Ambrose Family Farm — I grew up working on our farm. My job responsibilities included driving tractors, planting and picking tomatoes and installing irrigation. It’s where I learned my work ethic.
