Laura Khare’s initial thoughts of becoming a lawyer developed in high school. Today, armed with a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Khare works for Motley Rice LLC, one of the nation’s largest plaintiffs’ firms.
Khare’s role is providing ethics advice to the firm, advising the firm on employment issues and working with the firm and its lawyers on risk management.
Khare’s professional goal is simply to “do a great job,” but her personal mission is a little more fun: Always eat dessert.
She is on the board of the Dee Norton Lowcountry Children’s Center and volunteers with her neighborhood association.
