Timken prepares for Union expansion |

UNION -- Canton, Ohio-based Timken Co. broke ground Friday on its new 50,000-square-foot industrial service center in Union. The center, which is expected to open later this year and create about 30 new jobs, is part of a $6 million expansion project Timken announced in October for its industrial bearing manufacturing facility in South Bend, Ind.
