Chris Fraser, president of Grubb&Ellis Barkley Fraser, can point to two reasons why his company has been so successful: growth in the Charleston market and Barkley Fraser’s recent affiliation with Grubb&Ellis to form a new real estate firm.
In addition, the company has continued its efforts to raise the bar in terms of performance and professionalism, Fraser said.
Between 2005 and 2006, the commercial real estate firm saw revenue increase by 55%.
As the company has grown, Fraser said it has adjusted its approach and structure, mostly giving its employees more responsibilities and opportunities.
“We empower and manage up our professionals,” he said.
Looking to the future, Fraser said Grubb&Ellis Barkley Fraser plans to continue to be a leader in its industry while also giving back to the community.
