Former SCSDB leader has short retirement |

SPARTANBURG -- Sheila Breitweiser, former president of the S.C. School for the Deaf and the Blind, has been named executive director and vice president of the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Foundation. Breitweiser retired from SCSDB in December after 11 years as president. She's won numerous awards, including the Order of the Palmetto, the highest civilian award given in the state for service.
