Developer opens funeral home |

WELLFORD -- Mark Patterson, a former developer and small-business owner from Spartanburg, has opened Living Waters Funeral Home off Highway 29 in Wellford. The $3 million, 12,000-square-foot facility contains a number of amenities not typically found in a funeral home, such as a 200-seat chapel with a video and audio control room, a 50-seat hospitality room and a veranda with a fountain.
