Blacksburg negotiating sale of gas department |

BLACKSBURG - Negotiations are under way for the Town of Blacksburg to sell its natural gas department for $2.5 million. Town Administrator Trudy Martin on Wednesday confirmed an offer made by the York County Natural Gas Authority after preliminary discussions.
