MYRTLE BEACH -- It's official. Horry Industrial Alliance organizers settled on a leadership format this week and began outlining bylaws and the organization's membership structure. The alliance could help businesses tailor a work force to the area's characteristics, develop working relationships across various industries and troubleshoot problems that companies consistently face.
