Will pay for ideas
First Reliance rewards employees for their constructive ideas, a tactic that has resulted in over 2,000 improvement ideas in 2006.
But it isn’t the monetary reward that keeps First Reliance employees happy. It’s the recognition and change brought about when First Reliance acts on those ideas.
As a result of suggestions offered by employees, First Reliance offers childcare reimbursement, health club reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.
“We understand that we compete against every other organization for those talented, engaged associates and we are constantly looking for ways to develop and challenge those bright individuals,” said Lee Daugherty, First Reliance’s vice president of community banking.
