 Engineering employee events
Life Cycle Engineering recognizes and supports the difficult balance between a healthy work and home life. LCE offers a flexible environment that allows employees to pursue an interesting career while balancing a full family life.
Senior management officers act as role models through their words and actions, and regularly evaluate family-friendly
policies in an effort to continually meet and exceed employee needs.
LCE regularly sponsors events for employees and their families, among them a summer picnic for families, a fall oyster roast, a holiday formal and a spring barbeque. LCE also sponsors baby showers, retirement parties and birthday parties for all employees.
