Dreamliner on track despite some glitches |

NORTH CHARLESTON -- Boeing's 787 Dreamliner is still on track for first flight this fall and delivery in the third quarter of 2009, but manufacturing issues are eating up extra time Boeing built into the schedule, and the program manager said the experience level of workers in North Charleston is affecting its ability to deal with supply chain issues.
