Mauldin man's goal: foiling terrorists |

MAULDIN -- Larry Golden doesn't have an engineering degree. And his job doesn't involve chemistry, biology or radiology. But the Mauldin resident and his company, Anti-Terrorism Product Grouping Technology LLC, were just awarded a U.S. patent that denotes knowledge in all these areas. His patent is for a multi-sensor detection and lock disabling system designed to monitor products and detect chemical, biological, and radiological agents to prevent terrorist activity.
