CMARK appoints new CFO, opens financial office in Florida |

COLUMBIA – CMARK International, a Columbia-based company that provides a variety of products and services to federal government institutions, has announced a new chief financial officer and a new location.
Bill Colburn, who for 10 years was the CFO of multiple large health care organizations and in 2001 formed his own consulting firm, has been chosen as CMARK’s new CFO and board member. He will be focused on expanding existing service lines and identifying new business relationships.
"We are delighted to have Bill join our team here at CMARK International," said Charles W. Jones, Jr., president of CMARK. "Bill will be key to working with the capital markets to attract new investors and secure finances to fund our new planned growth strategy."
In addition, CMARK announces it will centralize all accounting proceedings at a new corporate financial office in Naples, Fla. The company currently has five U.S. and two international offices. Its headquarters are in Columbia.
CMARK International is service-disabled, Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) provider of services and products to the federal government. Its products and services range from construction to food service. Originally, CMARK provided the federal government with interior systems products and services used in the redesign and refurbishing of U.S. Navy craft.
