MYRTLE BEACH -- The Shops at Coastal Grand, a 14,424-square-foot center being built at Coastal Grand mall, will soon house a hibachi restaurant, spa and shops. The center, slated to open before the year's end, is across from Books-A-Million and Old Navy in the mall's restaurant district.
