GREENVILLE -- Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport ranks No. 247 out of 302 airports in the nation in the percentage of on-time flight arrivals, with nearly one out of three planes late, new federal data show. GSP is a little better with staying on schedule with departures, ranking 239th with a 72.6 percentage on-time rate. The national average is 77.2%.
