Hotel construction to get review before restart |

GREENVILLE -- Greenville City Manager Jim Bourey said the city won't wait indefinitely for construction to restart at the downtown site of a luxury hotel and spa, where the developer will have to re-evaluate the integrity of the concrete and rebar that has been jutting into the air for months.
